Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, QualityI knew walking in to Happy Nails that the tech whom would service me would have a lot of extra work and time to spend on fixing my nails. Because Of the Google reviews of how good the work is of John, I booked him in advance. First he did my pedicure and he was very careful in handling my toe that I sprained and was badly bruised. The pedicure turned out very beautiful and I’m very pleased with it. John also did my acrylic fill-in.( Note: I had the full set done at a different salon and the quality was so bad I was actually embarrassed to let people see my nails Because they were really thick, crooked and a terrible sloppy paint job) John took extra time and care to fix and overhaul what was a very amateur and sloppy job into a gorgeous acrylic nail job. I am very pleased and highly recommend John. I knew walking in to Happy Nails that the tech whom would service me would have a lot of extra work and time to spend on fixing my nails. Because Of the Google reviews of how good the work is of John, I booked him in advance. First he did my pedicure and he was very careful in handling my toe that I sprained and was badly bruised. Not my favorite. My mom & I went in for the first time to get pedicures and all they said to us was “pick your color”. It was a slower day & some of the staff were asleep & snoring in the chairs across from us. While the nail technicians did a reasonable job, they seemed to have no intention of welcoming us, asking what we wanted or getting to know us. I sadly will not be returning.

I was a walk in for the very first time. It was my husband’s idea, since the salon that I have been going to is having personnel problems. He has been passing by on his way to Ann Arbor and thought it would be a nice change of pace, a great atmosphere. Boy, was he right.

They did a great job! I don’t know why everyone is rating them so low. They massaged my legs and feet with hot rocks and threw in a little flower design for free. Very nice and amazing massage chairs!! Pedicure

I cannot say enough good things about Happy nails. They are wonderful there they do a great job on your nails and they care about you as a customer. I would highly recommend them if you’re looking to get a good set of nails done. Acrylic nails

Very clean salon.. pedicure was quite fast… but they were near the end of the day so perhaps a little rushing is ok. Nail tech took more time and did a beautiful job! Gentle too. Pedicure, Dip powder

My visit was horrible from the moment the nail tech approached me. He was rude, hurried me along while I was picking colors, CUT MY CUTICLE, and then told me at the end when everything was done that because my nails were so short, I shouldn’t have gotten a French manicure that I should have done something else. My nails look horrible and are chipping in less than 24 hours. I spoke with the manager who told me to come back in and she would fix it… however, because my CUTICLE IS NOW INFECTED, there is no way they are touching my nails ever again. RUDE RUDE RUDE. I wish I could give less than 1 star.

I asked for coral dip nails, but they gave me light pink gel nails. It is not that big of a deal I should of been more up front with what I wanted and corrected the people.
