It is a pretty little salon. I got the Deluxe pedicure which was SO relaxing, and looks so pretty. Very friendly staff. My husband and I are travelling the U.S. in our RV and this was a welcome break for me. If I lived in this area, this would be my salon of choice! I got the Deluxe pedicure which was SO relaxing, and looks so pretty. Very friendly staff. My husband and I are travelling the U.S. in our RV and this was a welcome break for me. Since moving back from El Paso in 2020 I have been trying to find a great nail tech to become a regular with as I would get my nails done every 2 weeks.Bouncing around from one nail salon to another, I came across The Nail Room, it’s in close proximity to my place of employment so I decided to give it a try. Im disappointed to say this was by far the worse experience I have ever had with a nail tech. I understand one has to practice to get great at their craft, but after sitting in the chair for 3 hours to only have my nails look so horrible to the point of embarrassment. My 7yr old step daughter applies Nail polish better than the tech that did my full set. It wasn’t the twins it was that new tech they speak about in other reviews. The acrylic was applied over my cuticles the polish was runny and applied horribly. It seemed like that tech had never done a full set in her career, that or she needs more practice, and not on someone’s dollar. Because for $70.00, this was not what I expected. My husband got home from work and always likes to see my new set and how nice they look, and this time I was so embarrassed to show him, he actually agreed for me to go to another salon and have my set corrected. Thank you Kim at Wonder Nails for helping with this disaster and getting my nails back to life. On a last note, usually when your sitting in front of someone for 3hrs you try and have a conversation with them, but just seemed like this individual didn’t want to talk or converse with me. All around horrible experience. If I could give a 1/2 star I would have.

However when I arrived another woman was the one who actually did my pedicure and manicure. I mean this place doesn’t even have running water for a “ spa pedicure” that they advertise and charge you for. They brought back warm water in a bucket, in a make shift pedicure chair with a massage insert. I was literally there for an 1 1/2 hours prior to get ever starting my manicure which was a disaster. I’m not even sure this woman had ever done nails done before, yes it was that bad. I left that place crying I immediately called the nail room, these Ladies definitely came to the rescue and went above and beyond in fixing my crisis. I left that place crying I immediately called the nail room, these Ladies definitely came to the rescue and went above and beyond in fixing my crisis. The professionalism, the artistic work and just the caring comfortable atmosphere that these girls have in their salon will have me coming back for a very long time.
