This is absolutely the worst experience I have ever had with a nail salon. I have been here several times and it is mediocre at best. This visit takes the cake. The gentleman that took care of me rushed the ENTIRE time. The pedicure was incredibly painful, every single one of my toenails is a different shape and polish all over my skin. The full set I got is even worse. I am leaving with 3 bleeding fingers, every nail is a different length. I asked for them to be thin, which they aren’t. They are bubbly and painful. The color doesn’t match the color that I picked out of the wheel (which was shoved in my face). I also struggled to communicate that I was unhappy, as there was a hard language barrier. I am so disappointed, as I desperately needed something to make me feel better, and what I got was pain and frustration.

There are only a couple of incredible nail techs, Queen and Sophia being 2 of them. The rest are horrible. The ones I’ve had anyway. Overall, I (thought) I had an okay experience, but the tech was very rough on my big toes and made me bleed several times. Well now, my toe is swollen, red, painful and throbbing along the nail bed. I went to the doctor and they confirmed that it’s infected. Which is frustrating as I got the pedicure before vacation and now have to be on antibiotics my entire trip. I now regret ever coming in at all and am even more frustrated that I paid $65 just to pay even more money for a doctors trip and meds.

Called to see how long the wait was and there was no wait. Went in not really knowing what i wanted done to my nails. The nail tech was very nice and patient with me while i looked on my phone to get an idea. Once i found a nail design i liked she started to replicate the design with some changes that we told through.

After I got my nails done I gave my nail tech a $10 tip in cash. My total was $43.00 for a fill in and cut down. When I went to pay that is when I gave my nail tech the tip. I paid my bill with my card and then 3 days later I see thet they charged me $53.00 instead of $43.00. They didn’t say anything about being charged extra for using a card.

Tina did my pedicure and it was horrible. She carelessly did it. For the longest of time there was a strand of her hair on my foot during the massage and she saw it and ignore it. She also stopped mid massage just to let the water out of the basin. I had a huge bruise on my leg and she continued to constantly go over it as if she was purposely doing it. She dropped one of the tools on the floor and continued to use it. At that point I was expecting the polishing job to be terrible but it wasn’t. She did a good job.

I absolutely love Noire! It is so clean and a relaxing environment to be in. Vy always does my nails and does amazing work. She takes time to make sure my nails are perfect and exactly the way I want them. All pedicure tools are properly sanitized and they have so many nail colors to choose from. They also offer a complimentary drink during your service. If you’re wanting “Pinterest-perfect” nails, definitely visit Noire and ask for Vy!!!!!! ❤️

Went in for a full set and some of the nails were tilted in different directions. The acrylic was very thin which some people like and some people don’t. My nails was so short that I would have preferred to have the acrylic a slight bit thicker but it was still okay and they are still attached. I was offered a glass of wine which was remarkable considering I’m not used to being offered a glass of wine at a salon and the wine was good. Only one glass though I would have liked at least two for what I paid. My tech there was a sign to me was quite sweet but not as experienced as I would have hoped. I still paid $48. and tipped her well above what she was worth. Still, I didn’t have to do them and that made me happy. I will look for a different salon or maybe go back to Lee in Auburndale. I love that place. Tip top nails in Auburndale. Some people have bad reviews for that place but I’ve had nothing but good luck with the owner, Lee. Maybe it’s the chocolate I bring in with me (?) Chocolate bars/ Hershey kisses – plus a tip (?)… Yeah yeah I know. I’ll get a tissue and wipe the brown stuff off my nose. LOL

The lady did everything super rushed. I am not happy with the results. I notified the lady there was a cockroach under one of the tables, she saw it and completely ignored me. The lady never went to clean and remove the disgusting insect. Other employees saw it too and did not care. I will understand if the employees did not see it, but the fact that they ignore me was the thing that I did not like. I went just to remove my acrylic due to a medical procedure and they did not even removed everything, I went home to finish removing the acrylic. This is something simple is not like doing a full set….
