The employees are all very kind and they got me in very quickly as a walk-in, however, this is one of the worst pedicures I have had in my life. It was done very quickly, without any care, My nails were not even cleaned properly and I can still see dirt underneath. I always come here to get my nails done. Their prices are always consistent and reasonable and the staff is always friendly. I’ve been coming here for over 2 years and I’ve never had any problems with service, price or quality.

If I could give fewer stars, I would. There are too many nail salons in our area that provide great customer service for half of the price. Save yourself and your money and go to a different salon. The Lady who took my old SNS off was rude and disrespectful. She had me soak my hands in a bowl of acetone which I’ve never had to do before and caused the ends of my fingers to be super dry. They charged me $60 for new dip and to be honest she did a very sloppy job. Again, save yourself the heartache and money and choose a better nail salon. Maybe one that values their customers.

I’ve been to both this location and the one in Federal Way. Both have had amazing service and done a wonderful job on my acrylics. I’ve been to a few highly rated places in the area as well, and my nails would end up being uneven, very high and unnatural looking, or not matching the width on my nail. Other places my gel would chip within a week (I type on a keyboard so they aren’t getting too much of a beating). I’m a tad OCD with my nails. I have none of these issues from Nail Gallery.

I love this place but the first young lady did my nails was fine! But the second lady was finishing my finger nails she looks grumpy and she was horrible and I really don’t like her to do my nails! Next time when I come back this place, I must request the one lady did my friend nails because she did a good job!
