Arrived at 9:40am. Was behind one other customer. She got seated, and I sat and waited. At 11am, having had NO ONE speak to me or even acknowledge my existence, I finally asked if they were accepting walk ins. The answer? No, but we can set you up with an appointment at 1:30pm. I stopped by to get a quick mani and gel before I go visit friends in Vegas. But here? Now I’m running behind because I wanted to support a small local business but they couldn’t be bothered to speak to me. Won’t be making that mistake again. Will NOT be returning to this establishment.
