I got a French tip pedicure and asked for a clear pink. The man that did my toes told me they don’t have a clear pink. I knew that was a lie because what nail salon doesn’t have clear pink? He told me that because my natural toe nails are dark & felt like I needed to get a more pigmented color but that’s NOT what I wanted. To top it off the girl sitting next to me was getting French tip as well & her technician brought out the EXACT clear pink I wanted. Also, I have acrylic on my big toes & he laid it extremely thick. I’ve had French tip many times before with a clear pink & if you do multiple coats it will still cover the darkness in my toes but still give that natural nice French pedi look. Overall, I’m extremely unsatisfied and disappointed that I paid 62$ for a pedicure I HATE. I will insert a picture of my toes before I came in & a picture of how they did my toes. The picture in the heels is before with multiple coats of a CLEAR PINK and the picture of my feet in the car is what the Nail bar buckhead did.

My son treated me here for the very first time, there were 4 of us total. I say this bc he spent over $300 in this place on this visit alone. He and his friend come pretty regularly. My first impression was it seemed like every other Asian salon where the people are herded in and out quickly like cattle. Yet, I was open-minded.

The worst service I have ever received! DO NOT GO HERE! The staff is so unprofessional! I made an appointment for SNS and the tech started to do acrylic which was going to cost $35 more. He didn’t even inform me. How are you not telling your customers the prices and let them know that the service they’re going to get is going to cost more than they expected. The most USELESS nail salon. Not worth the money. I ended up leaving during the middle of my service because the tech snatched my fingers and had an attitude because I wanted him to file the nails down to be thin. He put 4 coats of SNS on my nails that made them so bulky. When he aggressively started filing my nails he burned my real nail. At that point I was DONE.

I tried one nail tech and my nails were falling off within a week. I assumed it was that tech and switched to another a couple days ago and my pinkie nail has just cracked. I do not do any labor so there is no excuse. For the price they charge you can get better quality and the products they use are obviously cheap. DO NOT GO!
