Terrible service. I made a same day appointment for my first visit; not only did they tell me when I got there that they didn’t have a masseuse for my appointment, I never got an apology or an honest reason for making me drive half hour to this location. When I asked why I didn’t get a call to inform me my appointment was canceled they lied by telling me they kept getting the wrong number yet when I repeatedly asked what number they called she refused to give me a number on file. Again, I never received an apology, a reason or a reasonable alternative solution to the situation. Incredibly disappointed.
