I’ve lived with cervical and upper back pain from anxiety as long as I can remember. These last coupla years, it really just got unbearable. About 3 months ago I finally made my first appt. If you’re reading this, you probably are in pain and searching for solutions. I can’t recommend Selena enough and you can make your appt right on the website. Which my anxiety always really appreciates! Since the start, I notice little simple things I can do now, that I haven’t for years. Like, being able to just use my neck to turn and see my blindspot! She knows what she’s doing medically, but also has a calming, positive energy that makes me feel relaxed. I fall asleep more times than not. Which having the high levels of anxiety that I do…that never happens. My moods also have improved as well as my attitude. I’m just so glad I found her.
