Best pedicure I ever received! The woman’s name was Nancy she did such a great job. Massage my legs and feet for 20 minutes. When finished with painting my nails put me under the heater and proceeded to give me a heated back massage! Pedicure

I walked out. The tools were very dirty and the gentleman was very rude. He burned my nail bed using the file while removing the original gel polish. I’d go somewhere else. Not worth the risk of damaging your nails or contracting a disease. Manicure

First time here for a fill, the older gentleman did a horrible job, very overpriced, in and out in 20 mins for a fill. My nails looked horrible, had to go to j and k to have them fixed. Will never go back and don’t recommend them. Very disappointing  Manicure

Nice place, clean. Sadly not a grand experience overall.. it felt rushed and I had come in with gel that needed to be taken off – the lady doing my nails seemed quite annoyed that it was gel. The pedicure came out fine (I got gels on my toes again). Then, when my nails were getting done, she did not fully take off all off the previous gel polish and did not take her time putting the new polish on. Poor job.

I hate to be unkind, but unless you are desperate, go somewhere else. The pedicure was Below average with very little exfoliation or attention to detail. Not worth the money, very disappointed. Pedicure

I went in for a simple full set of acrylic nails, place was very clean and the staff was very nice. Unfortunately, it took almost 2 hours to have a full set done and they were much shorter than I had asked for and quite a few of the nails are very thick and bulky and distorted. There was no clear process as to what should have been done first as my nail tech was still filing my nails while she was putting the nail polish on them. Over an hour was spent filing alone. The completed nails were very round (almost circle) made my hands look bulky and the simple heart I asked for on my ring finger looks like my 4 year old painted it. It also looks like I already have at least a weeks worth of nail growth as the acrylic did not go all the way down my nail. Very disappointed in the end result and the fact that they also charged me $80 for a simple set of acrylic nails. Will not be returning.

Critical: Cleanliness, ProfessionalismRight away walking in, I was uncomfortable. It’s difficult when the language barrier is so obvious. I did not understand what they were asking, so the technicians were just pointing me or gesturing what they wanted me to do – whether to pick out a polish or what they needed. Wait. I’m paying for this, correct? It felt like an hour and a half of punishment, Pedicure and gel nails….was clinical trial. I’ll be honest I only get this done about once a year. It’s a treat….no. No treat here. Silence, with everyone speaking in another language to each other and I’m just the cow in the chair. No conversation, disinterest as the tech went through the motions non communicative and disinterested. I felt like not a person. At some point I tried to say the word “wider”, and changed it to “thicker”, to try to explain that the thin white line that was drawn on my nails was not to my liking. I was scolded. Literally. The response was a harsh “Two coats, two coats!” shaking of the head like I had no idea what was happening. I realized that “whiter” was what the tech thought I was saying. I tried saying “thicker”, and gesturing ridiculously as to what I was referencing. Nope. The communication was zero and the tech was not asking . Never looked me in the eye once. So. I just shut up. The process continued with no other questions of “do you like this” etc. Look closely, it’s dirty, everyone is on their phone laying around on the couches and chairs with a young child playing on the floor. Unprofessional. I do not live there but Skaneateles? Really? I expected more. In the end, I had a gift certificate for 100. The cost was 70 dollars so I asked if I could just give the balance to the tech for a tip. The tech was confused and obviously not happy and had to call over the “manager” to approve since they only take cash tips? Signs everywhere that you can use their ATM to get cash for tips. Where are we? Skaneateles? A shake of the head and shrugged. You’re welcome. You got a 30 dollar tip. I knew I would not be back.Services: Pedicure, ManicureRight away walking in, I was uncomfortable. It’s difficult when the language barrier is so obvious. I’ve been in there several times and every time it’s very empty and all the technicians are sitting around on their phones. Last time I was in there I was told my fingernails were “too oily” and my manicure wouldn’t last. I’ve been getting my nails done for 20 years and have never heard this comment.

My manicurist/pedicurist was going through the motions and putting on a good show but not actually cleaning anything. I pointed out a few nails and asked him to go back again which he did without acknowledging me. He also didn’t paint the side of my nails. It’s only a small stripe that’s likely not visible to anyone else, but next time, I’ll likely take my business elsewhere.

I got acrylic nails and they were terribly done. One of my nails is on crooked and the others are shaped badly. The technician never asked what shape I wanted and didn’t really seem to put much effort into shaping them at all. The kicker is that 3 days after I got GEL acrylics, one of my nails is chipping at the end. Would not recommend this place at all.
