The Lounge is a wonderful experience. Been going 3-4 years. They are all professional and personal. Always a relaxing and humorous time. Yoanna is a wonder with nail art. I love this place. You can easily make an appointment and never feel as though I am being rushed. It’s low key and the absolute best work I have ever had and in truth I am picky about shape etc. When I was referred to this salon, I had recently had my nails done by another local place and left crying after 1.5 hours of terrible work. I will never again get my nails done anywhere else. Actually, some of my friends have come along and will drive 30 minutes from the city to come get their nails done here.

We will never go to another nail salon! So nice not to be told they have time for you and then let you sit and wait for 30 minutes while they squeeze you in- you get a REAL appointment and they are on time every time. Professional and familial and my nails look amazing every time! The pedicures are incredibly relaxing. After going to dozens of nail salons all over Houston and the surrounding areas for years we will never go to another again! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Joanna or Yvnonna or Jovonna, however her name is, completely messed up my nails and had the audacity to offer a free lotion I didn’t even like instead of a discount on the horribly shaped nails she left me with that are uneven and bumpy!
