The moment you set foot in one of our Amazing Lash Studio in Atlanta, GA, you know you are in the right place. Our contemporary studio designs welcome you with a bright, comfortable lobby where you will complete some initial documentation to help your stylist customize your style. You will be greeted by your licensed lash stylist and escorted to your private suite. That’s right, a private suite so you can relax and unwind while our stylists do their magic. Your stylist will review your documentation and discuss the look you are seeking. Together you will review the proprietary lash styles and determine the length and thickness of your lashes. Next, you get comfortable on our cushioned massage tables and the stylist begins their magic.

Perimeter location. I am sorry I went to get my lashes done at this place. This was my very first time ever getting lash extensions. This was my first time at Amazing lash and I will never go back again. The lash stylist never introduced herself to me. Instead she complained to the girl at the front desk that I would take longer than usual because I am allergic to latex glue so she was very upset that I would have to get sensitive glue and it would take her longer to do my lashes. She complained right in front of my face and made me feel very uncomfortable. She also had the longest fingernails and had to try multiple times to put on the tape under my eyes. She had to call in another tech that told her to use a tweezer to put on the tape. Then she complained to that tech that my eyes were watery. I asked her what style of lash I should get and she was annoyed, she didn’t give me any advice. So I really didn’t know what lashes would be best but I picked the natural lash look. She took a long time on my right eye but started rushing through with my left eye. I realized after that she rushed my eyes because she had another lash appointment after me. She gave me to different lash looks. On the right eye she put sexy lash look and on the left eye she put cute lash look. So when I took a close up picture my right eye looked closed and my left eye looked open. She did a horrible job. I should have went with my instincts and canceled the appointment when I met her and all of her complaints and moodiness and attitude but I really wanted to hope it would work out. I was extremely disappointed especially because this was my very first time ever getting lash extensions. I can not express how uncomfortable and unhappy she made me feel. Extremely disappointed!

I was very dissatisfied with my experience today. I have been coming to amazing lash studio in Dunwoody for about 4 years and am really rethinking of coming back. I was scheduled to have a full set done later this evening and I called them in advance explaining to them I got BBL and MOXI treatment done which is a laser treatment a day before my lash appointment. I was a little swollen and wanted to make sure it was okay for me to come in to get my lashes done. After being put on a short hold I was told “I had to either pay a no show fee or come at my own risk.” So I went with the choice to come in and get my lashes done. Once I got to my appointment I explained to my lash artist about what happened. She brought in her manager telling me I had to re schedule due to me getting a laser treatment done a day before my lash appointment. I am very disappointed that I had to waist my time coming in and not getting my lashes done. Instead over the phone they really should ask more details if a customer has any concerns before their lash appointment if it could affect their safety. The manager was very kind and I appreciate that she did not charge a no show fee. I appreciate that amazing lash studio cares about the safety of their customers . I just wish I was told that over the phone.

Ashlyn was very professional. She was kind and patient. I had a horrible experience at a different location in Atlanta . She was recommended by a colleague. I was impressed. She has a light touch and she is well educated. She also informed me on how to care for my lashes afterwards.She has a beautiful soul n positive light. I will be sending all my friends to perimeter. I loved my lashes and they lasted the longest. Normally they fall out fast. Ashlyn took really good care of me and also built report and remembered things I told her from the previous appointment.Perimeter is my new lash home .

I froze my membership in July with full intention of resuming, however, I had to unexpectedly relocate a couple weeks prior & Cancelling a membership that I froze months ago was the last thing on my mind as u could imagine. When I noticed the charge I called in to request a refund. What was offered to me was a gift card which I would be able to use at another location. in a normal situation this wouldn’t have been a problem I would gladly accept the gift card. However, i would have to have someone in the area pick it up. I explained that it would not be the best solution for me because 1. I don’t have anyone in the area anymore and 2. the closest location to me currently is 23 miles away it would cost me extra time, and gas just to be able to use the gift card. I understand there are policies in place however upon resuming payments I did not receive a courtesy text or call that my payment would resume, but there will always be text messages with promotions. I’ve never had a history of missing payments or requesting refund for the entire time my account was active all the extras and add ons that they’ve charged over the months always paid without question as well as gratuity to their staff. to think that a one time exception couldn’t be made for in my circumstance is unbelievable. The staff I spoke with were more argumentative than understanding I asked to speak with a manager and was told no and rushed off the phone.

The Perimeter Franchise is the epitome of terrible customer service. The manager needs to clean house and employ individuals that strive for customer satisfaction. Every one has a bad day from time to time but when you repeatedly have a disgruntled employee working at the front and they are the first thing a customer sees, it makes it extremely uncomfortable to continue to give this franchise my hard working money.

Lift and tint looked like absolutely nothing had been done to my lashes. It was really unfortunate. I was not asked if I liked the way it turned out, would imagine that’s because they shared the same perception. Payed over $100 plus a 25% tip for no service. Would have done better tossing cash into the bin. Cheers! Lash perms
