Was very upset with the experience I had and don’t think I’ll be back. I came in on Saturday, there were only 2 cars in the lot but they told me they were booked and refused to give me service. Why is there a sign out front that says “walk-ins welcome” if you are expected to make an appointment? It was my first time going there and wanted to try some place new, but if this is how they treat potential clients, I will have my hair done elsewhere! Very disappointed that my time was wasted driving over there.
