I got a cut from a different place and they hacked my hair and ruined it. I was extremely worried that no one would be able to fix it. I rushed to Great Clips and Ashley was able to fix it. She literally was a life saver and I greatly appreciate her and her experience. She was also very empathetic and even apologized to me for such a bad experience even though she wasn’t the one who did it. She will be my new hair dresser for good Thanks again Ashley. You are amazing and do an amazing job. I didn’t think anyone could fix what was done but you did.

If I could rate this a zero, I would. The woman who cut my son’s hair did an awful job. It was so uneven and choppy. Some pieces were inches shorter than the rest. He was so upset when he got home. His dad called up there and spoke to the woman and all she said was yeah sorry, he can come back and someone will fix it. One, it was the afternoon and they were super busy and she was in a hurry. Two, someone with a blindfold on could’ve done better. Three, they literally didn’t care that they butchered his hair. And charged me for it.

Don’t use Hastings, not friendly at all and don’t listen. I’ve been growing my hair out to donate, asked for the bottom 4-6in to be layered because it was tangling and not healthy. She didn’t listen and cut about 8 inches off then layered. There goes 8+ months of growth. Went from hair to the top of my waist to now above the bra line. Normally go to the one on 84th with the whole family and they’ve always been great at that location.

Now I took in a picture talked to her for a while about colicky, and my concerns about what I needed . I have a scare under my ear and soon to be another would le it NO shorter than to the end of my jaw bone. So I could pull it forward to help hide it a little. Asked her if she could do this with layers .. her response was yes ! I understand. Immediately she cut short short around d my ears with about 1 inch hair left. She said she understood I wanted a full fluffy back no to short. She proceeded. When I was done I was left with a very short pixie cut about 2″ inches long. Top was parted like a water Buffalo completely flat on all sides and no side burns to cover any part of my face. What was left was 1 inch long and they were uneven. She offered to cut the longer one shorter? I said the top is very long nothing I requested . I told her No. I hand fluffed what was left and went to pay my bill . I told her would even it up.MY self. She was not to touch it. Again I was steaming mad. Gave her a coupon and she said not for this store. I gave her a fine! She did give me a discount but they have lost my business forever! I will now have to wait months before it will be long enough to cover any thing . What a flicking mess she did. As I said she had picture . And a complete explanation. Ashley is very good with my son. She is patient and kind. Only time since he was a year old that he actually talked to the person cutting his hair. She made him feel really comfortable. Very impressed with her. Great haircut too.
