Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueCustomers beware! The lady that runs this business is extremely unprofessional. I scheduled two separate appointments, one for my brother and another for my sister. Regarding my brother’s appointment, he waited at her establishment for two hours and she never showed up, never answered her phone, and never responded. The same thing happened again with my sister. My sister waited 45 minutes and she never showed up or answered her phone or responded to my text message. It’s sad that she takes so much money from deposits and fails to show up and do a job. After reading other reviews, it is my opinion that she has stolen from me. I paid $82.50 for my sisters deposit and $45 for my brother’s deposit.I wish I would’ve saw the reviews before I booked. This is a very unprofessional business. Please beware before you book. She will take your money, confirm your appointment, and never show up. That’s bad business!Customers beware! Customers beware! The lady that runs this business is extremely unprofessional. I scheduled two separate appointments, one for my brother and another for my sister. Regarding my brother’s appointment, he waited at her establishment for two hours and she never showed up, never answered her phone, and never responded. The same thing happened again with my sister. It’s unprofessional to charge a $20 booking fee and the stylist not show up! Now I have to figure out how to get my $20 back! I guess I’ll continue to freeform my locs! She returned my later that Saturday and told me she’s not open on Sundays and didn’t know why it would allow me to make an appointment. I told her I’m busy during the weekday so I wanted to cancel. Well, I get a charge on my card after our call for a deposit and a %15 tip rescheduled for Monday. I text her to see if I could get my money back but was blocked.
