Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueNOT WORTH THE MONEY!!!I did my nails on Friday and now one was broken yesterday (Sunday) so I decided to come in today to the repair not only they were rude they didn’t even bother to stand and come talk to me they just kept doing what they were doing and all they said they were busy and about to close!!!I understand that they were about to close but after spending $87 on these nails that didn’t even last for 3 days I believe someone should have come to the front desk and talked to me! I do not recommend this nail salon If you want to do your nails go somewhere else!!! Went in to get a simple red French tip and got screwed. The technician had no idea what she was doing. The shaping was horrendous, asked for square and got something bulky. She rushed through my nails . And when I explained this isn’t at all like the reference picture, the manager tried to make excuses. Did not offer a discount or anything. Half their technicians don’t know what they’re doing. Had to get my nails done right after at another establishment because I was so dissatisfied. What 4 1/2 hour and 78 dollars gets you… the first nail tech I had was great with building my set but once I got passed to another tech for color it all went down hill she messed the shape up cause she re painted my nails 4 times then the tech after didn’t even let the gel dry all the way at this point and put 6 coats on a chrome nail??? I wanted to just go home my hands hurt from all the grinding and being Nicked and they still had the stones to let me leave with a messed up set and pay full price. They open at 9:30 so my brother decided to drop me off at 9:22. Although, there were several staff present inside the salon, absolutely nobody had the heart to offer me a seat inside the salon even though it was freezing cold outside! At 9:30 the owner comes and opens the door! To my shock, she unlocks the door, makes eye contact & walks away! I’m just in utter shock! I understand Asians are rude culturally but they don’t mean no harm by it. But what about the young receptionist ? How about open the door for your customer and say, “hi we’re not open yet but please come in & have a seat. I feel bad that you’re standing outside in the cold” OR “hi, thanks for waiting please come in , what service are you interested in today?”

Had an appt with Helen for the first time and it won’t be my last. She is so sweet and a great nail Tech. Was very careful and made sure my nails were exactly what I wanted. I was so pleased that prior to leaving I made sure to book my next appt. I finally found someone that does an outstanding job and is only about 10 min from home.
