I have been a client at the Lash Lounge since 2019 and I literally never had a problem until ownership changed January 2022. Since then it has been absolutely terrible. They drive all their best stylists to quit, there is no continuity of staff, and they literally have cancelled my appointment the day of FOR THE LAST THREE APPOINTMENTS! I drove 30 minutes for an appointment and as I was pulling up they called to cancel. I’m beyond disappointed. Highly recommend taking your business elsewhere until ownership changes again or they get it together.

Sorry for the awkward close up! This is a before and after! I got my lashes tinted black and a lash lift. I am so thankful and happy with the difference! I feel so much for confident when I don’t wear makeup now! Even when I put mascara on I really just do it to thicken them! They did an amazing job and I will be going to them for the rest of my life! I had the last time slot of the night it seemed, but Chelbi took her time to do my lash lift even if it meant she had to stay past closing time! While you wait they offers a variety of drinks, water/wine/coffee. The results of my lash lift are amazing, 2 coats of mascara & my lashes look heavenly, but also remember lash lift results also depend on the length of your own lashes, my lashes are a medium length.

She is professional, kind and really takes the time to become familiar with my lashes — learned their growth pattern as well as gave instructions on how to keep my lashes healthy.
