Horrible lashes and horrible experience!! Turned out nothing like I expected, waste of time and money. I should have known it would not be good because they had an appointment next day. I asked the “owner” who is obviously unprofessional, that I clearly wanted classic with a lash on each lash over the phone. She booked me for what I thought would be that. After TWO hours, I got lashes that were literally half filled. I have done my own extensions on myself and I could have produced the same results. I was literally in shock because I confirmed with not only the “owner” and the tech before, that a lash would be applied to each lash and even provided a picture of my lashes I had from another state that were a classic set with one lash per lash. The tech said she wished she had more time to put more on?? You had over two hours and spent 10 minutes trying to unglue lashes that got stuck to the bottom of my eye. There was no transparency in the beginning from either the “owner” or the tech regarding the results. Come to find out they offered tiered services and have beginner and advanced techs. Was a huge scam and waste of my time. They offered for another tech to fix them in the morning for an extra charge. Unfortunately, I don’t want to waste any more time or money on sub par lashes. Horrible customer service from the owner as the front desk called her, she basically lied and spoke on me with words I never told her to gaslight the situation. 0 stars!!

Gisele was my technician for my eyelash tinting and she was very gentle. I have a problem where my eyes are overactive and move a lot, even under closed eyes. I also have to fight the urge to open them if too much pressure is placed. While all the other stylists are great, Gisele had to be my favorite. Went with a dark brown eyelash tint to fit naturally with my natural blonde hair.
