Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueJenn is fabulous! She cut my hair and my sons. She listened to what we wanted and got it Sooo Right! I’m a very picky person and when it comes to my hair, watch out. My hair rarely comes out like the picture and my son also has had some not so great hair cut experiences, but NOT this time! Jenn understood our hair types and even explained those differences and how to make our hair healthier, better (and she was not & did not sell us any products). I will definitely be back! Jenn is fabulous! She cut my hair and my sons. She listened to what we wanted and got it Sooo Right! I’m a very picky person and when it comes to my hair, watch out. My hair rarely comes out like the picture and my son also has had some not so great hair cut experiences, but NOT this time! Critical: ProfessionalismOn 7/14 I came in as a new customer to this salon to see Marlene. I was very nervous to get my hair done. I had explained to her that I wanted highlights, haircut . We talked about prices and she gave me a price of $150.00with a possibility that it could be higher due to use of products. I should of stopped there because I didn’t feel like I had a set price. We continued with the process of highlighting, when it was time to take the highlights out I looked at them and it was bleached highlights. Marlene said this looks pretty nice golden highlight(wrong) it was bleached. My heart started to race because I lost confidence in her now, I said that this needed to be taken down in color.Marlene said oh we can put a glaze on it. We put the glaze on it and it looked better but my point was I wasn’t shown any colors from the color book when I first came in. I was shown the color book after my hair was bleached to try and find the color.My point is I don’t feel Marlene listened to how I wanted my hair done it took a long time to get it where it needed to be. Plus I was charged $160.00 when I asked her she said we charged you also for the glaze. In my opinion if all that happened I would try to accommodate the customer I didn’t really feel she cared I felt it was all about the money. On 7/14 I came in as a new customer to this salon to see Marlene. I was very nervous to get my hair done. I had explained to her that I wanted highlights, haircut .
