Super rude and unprofessional. Could not get anyone to answer the phone from the salon in order to schedule an apt, so I made my apt online. when the time came for my apt I arrived to find no one at the shaker office (even though I scheduled my apt weeks prior on their website) so I called the number again and left a vm to find out what was going on. A very rude women called me back and said someone should have been at office when I was there, which was a lie, I knocked on the door for 5 minutes, no one ever came . She then precedes to tell me their is no one to do my eyelashes and I should just call groupon to get my money back!!!! She wasn’t apologetic and did not care that no one was at the salon for the appointed time. Horrible buisness and rude owner- would not recommend to anyone! z
