I love vivian’s shop!! I went there about a month ago after I broken up with my regular nail shop. Receive many compliments on my nails that last well over a month. Went In today and Showed Vivian a picture of what I was looking for she said too plain and I walked out with an amazing fill and design that sparkles like diamond! Love it !!!

Vivian can be very disrespectful, I been a few times most of the time my nails are fine but this last visit was to much I came very close to punching her in the face for being disrespectful…I know how I like my nails, and I will pay what you say but you do not talk to people with such a snotty attitude…it was so bad the lady next to me was like wow..i had to count to 10…if I don’t like the color and tell you the color don’t look good change it…she went into full disrespect in her language. And kept looking at me funny …I told her to speak english. when she was doing my nails I went from short nails to a new full set medium she said once I file your nails don’t ask me to file them again I will not go back and do that over again. I never asked her to but the way she said it with a very nasty tone… everything really threw me off and then she had the nerve to ask me was I going to church on Sunday I said yeah maybe both of us should go…..very disrespectful I have had several friends stop going to her cause of her nasty attitude I will never go back to that shop…she knew I was pissed she keep saying your nails look so sexy…i didnt say a word…she think she the best shop in town and she is not…

Male manicurist there cut my left thumb, didn’t apologize or even wipe the blood away. He ignored my request for a thinner French manicure and was very heavy handed. I did not tip.

Bad service I wait for a while hour just to get my pedicure and she was in a rush and she cut me. Vivian sent 3 girls to do my pedicure and the last girl Vivian told her to stop and go help the other lady but she was not finish. Don’t recommend you come here it’s a waste of time.

I walked in nail shop today asked for manicure and pedicure and she asked if I had an appointment I said no apparently they only do by appointment girls so keep in mind they only go by appointment I said they should have on the yelp reviews or on google so people won’t waste there time and gas.
