HIGHLY recommend Jess. I’ve had so many bad experiences with getting my hair highlighted and she took the time to understand exactly what I wanted and showed me where I was at in terms of color, and where she could get me to and she did exactly that. She took her time on my hair given that I have very thick and long hair she still managed to perfect my hair in every way. I am glad I can across her!

Not coming back , I came to style my hair and the stylist grabbed the curler and didn’t even blow dry the hair beforehand. They were nice enough to have another stylist redo my hair but it’s shocking that a stylist would find this acceptable .

I went into the Hive with no recommendation from friends. Christina was the only person answering the phone and prepared to give me information I had been looking for. She was so sweet. Didn’t talk to me about cutting levels for pricing like most of the others contacted. Why would I want a level one to experiment with my hair?
