Just got a haircut there this morning. The girl who cut my hair seems nice, but she never told me her name. When I called to schedule the appointment, I was told a haircut is 28, but she wanted to charge me 55 in the end because she blew dry and “styled” my hair. I have short Bob style, it literally took her 2 minutes to dry my hair, and I don’t know what the style part is? Don’t all hairdressers dry their customers hair after they cut it? That 2 minutes of drying definitely not worth the 27 dollar difference! She only spent about 30 minutes max on my hair and I didn’t even ask her to shampoo my hair. I’ve had 55 dollar haircuts before, the hairdresser usually spend at least an hour on my hair. By the way, she didn’t even cut my hair short enough as I wanted, but the shape looks fine, so I didn’t ask her to do more. Will wait to see what my hair really looks like after I wash them. In the end, she only charged me 28, I guess she probably also think it’s not reasonable to charge someone 55 for a 30mins simple cut. I couldn’t believe she even asked! Make sure you ask about the price before you go there, so you don’t get ripped off. I wanted to go back again, but after all this, I’m definitely not going back.
