My answer is wow. I have been so happy with this result since the day I got my lashes made. I have tried other places in the us and outside, and this is definitely the best result I have ever had. They last long, look beautiful and I feel like they are etching my eyes as I sometimes have tried. These lashes have really done their job and I am definitely going back to get them done again.

Buyer beware! Do not lose your package card. If you do they will say you have no sessions left. I have my regular lash tech but she was out (vacation) so this place is my once in a blue emergency back up. I called to make sure i had sessions i previously paid for left and was assured over the phone i had 1 left. When i arrived on the day of my appointment the lady at the counter seemed confused and Just said i had no sessions left. Its very hard to believe one employee found i had a session left and another didn’t. Complete waste of time. Zero stars for customer service. Very disappointed.

Had lash extensions here. My issue with them is that their mink lashes that they advertise on Groupon is garbage hard mink. I’ve never seen mink like that. I’ve been to other places and only get mink but their mink is bad quality. Who knew there’s different kinds of mink. The choices of shape are few. I would not come back. The girls are nice and do a good job considering what they’re working with.

I had the triple D human hair package and was $200 total or more with tip.Within four days during my trip I noticed a pretty noticeable gap of missing eyelashes in my right eye which was unacceptable being that it was less than a week or even two weeks.When returning home I had phoned in requesting them to fix it because I did not pay to have lashes falling off this quickly in a time span of four days.Once I had arrived at my second appointment, they were very dry with me and the least bit apologetic for their inadequate services. They had added eyelashes to the gap left in my right eye but overall the whole experience was unprofessional.
