Very disappointed in this place. I went yesterday to get my nails done with my best friend mind you they were not busy at all. The man who did my nails rushed my entire appointment for no reason he was extremely unprofessional. He saw my friend and I were together and made me sit super far from her when we could have easily been kept together. He just filed my nails and put the sns and that was it. Meanwhile, the lady that had my friend gave her a whole lotion massage treatment and was very detailed which mind you we both paid 42 dollars and were expecting the same treatment since I mean you would think if you pay for an sns manicure and are paying 42 dollars Theyre going to take the time to be detailed and do more then just dip your nails in powder. To make it worse he was on his phone texting WHILE doing my nails. He was very rough and left my whole fingers covered in black sns didnt even bother to clean my skin which he lathered in black sns my fingers looked like I had just dyed my own hair black. The lady who did my friends nails literally had to offer to fix the mess he left on my nails and then when he was done he didn’t even say anything he just told me to wash my hands and moved my things by my friend and by the time I turned around he got some other lady back while my nails looked awful. Probably the worst nail service I’ve ever received. The photos I took are after the lady who did my friends nails cleaned some of the black sns off of my skin but you can see how awful it still looked. Would not recommend them to anyone.

This was my first time ever getting my nails professionally done, and overall I’m very happy with how my SNS nails turned out. Everyone was super friendly and was happy to answer my newbie questions. I’m only giving it 4 our of 5 stars though because I did get a couple of little nicks around my cuticles. I would recommend and happily go again

I took my daughter there to get her nails done 2 days later 5 of them popped off so I went back all I wanted them to do was fixed them the guy right away got mad n started saying I know my work then he wanted to charge me 30 dollars to fix them I told him no way I said look when I came I tipped you guys has nothing to do With the money I just wasn’t expecting for all her nails to fall off in just two days so please just do what’s right he was so rude n my daughter just sitting there nerves while he was yelling smh never again but he knew he was in the wrong after me having to Explain the obvious it was such a Bad experience because I’m not the one to complain My stomach was just turning and I was so nervous no customer should ever have to feel this way
