Critical: ProfessionalismStopped in for a men’s cut because the sign outside said “walk-ins welcome”. The lady was immediately so rude! We simply asked if she had time for a men’s cut and she got a horrible attitude saying “I’m booked for today”. I totally get that – my husband & I have worked in customer service our whole life. I asked the lady if she knew any places around. She replied with “no I don’t, bye”. I fully understand you’re busy but being nice can go a long way. Stopped in for a men’s cut because the sign outside said “walk-ins welcome”. The lady was immediately so rude! We simply asked if she had time for a men’s cut and she got a horrible attitude saying “I’m booked for today”. I totally get that – my husband & I have worked in customer service our whole life. She’s very friendly, doesn’t charge a arm and leg either. And she is one of the few that gets my husband’s hair cut right, (unlike a few in the past that wouldn’t and almost scalp him as he would say ). And because of my husband’s work she has gotten us in really fast on a last minute notice. Always love going back to catch up and get my hair done as well.

Got my son’s haircut here…let next just say it’s hard to rate an establishment’s service by just one visit, however I was fairly put off in how long we were here! We were here well over an hour and we were the only ones here! 🙁 The lady did a pretty fair job on the cut but she kept on washing his hair and doing other things we didn’t ask for and yet still charged us for them. Overall the cost to service ratio was not very well balanced and I don’t believe I’ll be going back again.
