Theres a comfortable,welcoming air, i was at ease from the moment she gave me instructions.Robin was very educated on her craft, she was very professional and informative. The brazilian was a pain free, just standard pinching associated with taking a bandaid off. The vajacial was soothing , again minor pinching when removing black heads and such. It was an over all pleasant experience, its also wonderful that she is a black owed business.
