I hosted a pod party for my sister. It was flawless – from start to finish. It was a glorious day at the spa. The services were perfect. Everyone is so kind and friendly. I ordered a pastry platter which was absolutely delicious. Everything was clean. The towels were always stocked in the locker room. I took some to shower and I came out and they were completely full again. Everyone was accommodating and they really wanted to make our visit the best possible. I worked with Linda to book the pod party – she was so helpful every step of the way. Her communication was great. She was very patient as well as it took some time to pick a date and figure out who could make it and who couldn’t.

My daughter celebrated her Sweet 16 birthday at the Fountain Spa in The Shops at Riverside in Hackensack. She and her friends had a private room and each received the Swedish massage with aromatherapy upgrade and classic facial. They also had unlimited use of the sauna, which was a nice prep for their treatments. . The girls loved both treatments and their technicians and felt truly relaxed after the whole experience.

I would absolutely not recommend this spa in Ramsey. I was there for a friend’s birthday celebration and we booked massages and facials. I have had many massages and this was the WORST massage I have ever had. I had booked a deep tissue but I did not even receive a Swedish massage. The entire time, the therapist was pushing on and stroking my back. It was like a massage I would give to someone since I am not a massage therapist. My facial was good. I will say the manager did discount my massage but I feel like I wasted over $100 for nothing. Also, it put a damper on my friend’s celebration. There are so many wonderful spas to go to, don’t bother with this one.

Event coordinating gone right! The Fountain Spa was an important part of my wife’s all-day birthday party. Linda, Daria, and team were super organized and on-point. From the planning of the event, to the bookings of 10+ people, to excellent treatment the day of, I could not have been more pleased with their professionalism and attention to detail. We also booked a “pod” at the Spa and I decked this place out. They coordinated with the florist, food delivery, balloon delivery, decor, and most importantly me- as planning a party can be quite the ordeal! I most certainly would book another party here. The people make this place so special. Thank you.

By far the best professional massage and spa! 80 minutes is worth the investment in self care. The Relaxation Room afterwards is really peaceful with a nice wall fountain, lounge chairs and light refreshments. Highly recommend this place!

I had a wonderful time at the fountain spa for a facial! It was my first facial ever and I used a gift card which they took immediately upon arrival. I was brought back to a locker room where I put my things away and put a robe on to wait until it was time for my appointment. I had the option to go into the steam room (which I did) and then wait in the waiting room where iced lemon water was served. When it was time, Cheryl came to get me and brought me back to where she would be conducting my facial. She explained everything that she did and gave my face, neck and shoulders a lovely massage. She was very professional and has been doing this for years. I highly recommend Cheryl and the fountain spa in Ramsey! I can’t wait to be back 🙂
