I was seen for pelvic pain, and given an exam by a nurse practitioner who quickly decided that I had interstitial cystitis because I used the words (I do not). She never said a word to me after the exam, but when I went to the desk to check out, the receptionist began to hastily schedule me for 10 rounds of treatment. When I asked her about whether Anthem Blue Cross or Blue Shield would cover the prescribed procedures, she seemed irritated by my question saying they have no way of knowing what may or may not be covered which I know is not the case. So I asked her how much each of the procedures would cost out of pocket and she couldn’t or wouldn’t provide ballpark pricing. There was no one waiting behind me, but she was singularly focused on getting those 10 visits on the schedule and moving on. It became clear to me that they were only interested in billable and cosmetic procedures over pelvic pain. In addition, nearly 2 years later, I can confirm that the diagnosis was wrong, and I would have wasted a lot of time, money and discomfort for nothing. I completed this review because they sent me an email pushing 20 of their cosmetic procedures. Perhaps the Female Pelvic Health center should be honest and change their name.

I did not have a good experience with this center. I was told the treatment that I had would cost $400 upfront and that my insurance would cover the rest. I paid the $400 and my insurance did cover the rest but then I got another additional bill for $123. The service that I had Was terrible. I felt sick for three weeks and lost a lot of my hair. I was also told I would need a certain song after the service called DIM .I asked the doctor what that stood for and what it would do for me and she couldn’t tell me what it was for nor could she pronounce it. I Now how to dispute this extra $123 charge With the collection company.

I came here for an event and learned so much about objagi and some other female items. I am very excited about how my skin looks and the discussion of female issues that I don’t want to list here but feel like I have some options.

Bladder testing was easy and not painful. Sheri was fantastic and told me every step of the way what she was doing and why she was doing it too. It was very easy.

Southern hospitality at The Female Pelvic Health Center! The environment of the office is very relaxing and flows smoothly. All the staff including the Practice Manager have been there from the start so I have gotten to know them very well. I recommend all pelvic floor conditions to Dr. Stephanie Molden.

As a health care professional and as a patient I think Dr. Molden and her team are excellent. Everyone from the front desk to the care team were pleasant and professional. I received testing and follow up care that was done with sensitivity to my health issues. I would highly recommend Dr. Molden for all urogyn needs.

Some negative comments here are people that had some billing issues. I feel this office is a professional setting with a great Physician and staff member’s with great and caring attitudes. Dr. Molden is an excellent Urogyncologist that is caring and compassionate with every patient as well as her own staff. Dr. Molden treats everyone with the upmost respect and gratitude that is deserved. She gives 110% of her time and energy in to each patient ensuring their individualized health needs are met. From the kind and easy to great front secretarial staff to the clinical staff, every patient is greeted with a friendly smile and professional manner. All of my questions were answered by Dr. Molden and staff with such detail and clarity. I would highly recommend seeing Dr. Molden in the future fur your specific health needs.

Terrible experience with the Physician’s Assistant. Didn’t use clean technique when doing my exam (touched drawers, lights and surfaces with her gloved hand before putting her fingers inside me). Exam was painful and she didn’t explain what she was going to do before she did it. Even rolled her eyes at me at one point when I asked “what are you going to do.” Anyone who works with pelvises should practice trauma-informed care and perform pelvic exams in a respectful and patient-centered manner. I left the office feeling unheard and violated. Actually, I practically ran out of the office it was that terrible. Ancillary staff, including medical assistant and desk staff were lovely. My read at the end? Practice is only interested in making money by hawking products and unnecessary procedures.
