This is a beautiful location with fantastic employees. Always feels inviting. Teisha always does a wonderful job with my hair. I have very thick hair and it is very difficult to get a cut that works and doesn’t look stringing after a week. This is why I go to Teisha, My hair always looks a feels good weeks after the cut. The other employees who work in the salon are always friendly and helpful. Love this place.

They are very unprofessional! I was going there to get my eyelashes done. I had been going for a couple months. My last visit I had to cancel. My appt was on Saturday. I called on Thursday to try and cancel. The phone rang and rang. I tried 3 or 4 times to reach them that day. The last time I left a voicemail. Friday came and I never heard from them saying they got my message, and in fact I received a text confirming my appt. Again I tried calling and calling, no answer. I even tried messaging them and my stylist to tell them i needed to cancel, no replyies. So Friday afternoon I stopped by to cancel my appt because i was afraid they were going to charge my card if I did not show up. Well I went in to cancel I was told my stylist had up and quit anyway so it was a good thing I cancelled. They never even tried to call me to tell me the girl quit and they would have to reschedule my appt or put me with someone else. They never even apologized for not answering the phone or replying to my message. In fact the girl said “yea I heard the phone ringing but I’ve been too busy so I didn’t answer.” Ridiculous! This is not the way to run a salon or any business for that matter!
