Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI actually did a walk-in for a haircut this afternoon because I happen to pass by at Lansdowne Town Center. I am very pleased and happy that I did! they accepted walk-ins and I came in at a perfect timing. Everyone was so welcoming and friendly. They even offered my husband Turkish coffee while he was waiting for me. Best of all, I learned that all of them are family-operated. I love that!Overall, five star experience from start to finish! Leyla who shampooed my hair was very friendly, and Veli did an amazing haircut on my thin, but very long, wavy hair. He made sure that I get the haircut that I like and was very thorough from the beginning to the end. I love my long layered haircut and my blow-dry and my husband just said right now while doing this review how beautiful I looked because of my blow-dry and my haircut. I couldn’t get any better compliment than that.I love that this is a family-owned salon since 1988. I can sense that they have a loyal customer base and their fees are just right. I actually did a walk-in for a haircut this afternoon because I happen to pass by at Lansdowne Town Center. I am very pleased and happy that I did! they accepted walk-ins and I came in at a perfect timing. Everyone was so welcoming and friendly. They even offered my husband Turkish coffee while he was waiting for me. Best of all, I learned that all of them are family-operated. I love that!

Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueThis is the WORST PLACE EVER!!!! I just went for a simple bleach job for the under part of my hair, and they completely fried my hair and were so rude. The owner Zainab could not focus on one customer at a time and because of this she burnt my scalp and ruined my clothes. Thinking this was the worst it could be… she soaked my entire back and guilt tripped me into believing it was all my fault!! I hate this place and I seriously don’t recommend it at all. This is the WORST PLACE EVER!!!! I just went for a simple bleach job for the under part of my hair, and they completely fried my hair and were so rude. The owner Zainab could not focus on one customer at a time and because of this she burnt my scalp and ruined my clothes. Thinking this was the worst it could be… she soaked my entire back and guilt tripped me into believing it was all my fault!! I hate this place and I seriously don’t recommend it at all. My hair looks awful.

Brenda did an outstanding job coloring, cutting and styling my hair. She even took extra time to show me ways I can change-up my style by curling my hair. Everyone at The Cut Above was friendly and professional. Their COVID-19 precautions were simple and thorough, with masks, hand sanitizing, a simple questionnaire, and a quick non-invasive temperature check. I’m looking forward to going back again and again! Brenda did an outstanding job coloring, cutting and styling my hair. She even took extra time to show me ways I can change-up my style by curling my hair.
