I was a frequent customer up until yesterday. My massage was awful. I woke up with lower back pain that I didn’t have prior to the massage. To make matters worst, they gave us a nasty look after giving them a 20% tip! I’m not sure why they feel entitled to anything over that. In fact 20% was generous for what I got. They never even touched my feet, the place is stuffy, and the massage did more harm then good. They lost a customer last night. Skip.

Overwhelmingly the worst massage I’ve ever received in my life. I normally go to Chinatown in Manhattan where you can expect an average to above average experience in the $50-$60 price range. This was much closer to my home in Brooklyn so I thought I’d give it a chance. It was rough, painful, and despite telling the masseuse three times to be more gentle, it was more to be endured than enjoyed. I was thrilled when at 54 minutes (of a one hour massage) she said finished. Definitely will not be back, cannot say if my experience generalizes to the other masseuses. Nevertheless, the overall atmosphere felt dingy and cheap. Absolutely cannot recommend.

My massage by Amy was amazing however I don’t know why the feet weren’t included in the full body massage. That’s really the only reason I went: because my feet were really hurting. It was 50 but paid 65. I still tipped above 20% but felt it was a bit unfair. No one speaks English there very well when I went but tried communicating via a translation app. They kind of seemed upset I still tipped 20%+ but, again, she never touched my feet. I do think I’ll come back again but be prepared to tell them exactly what you want. It was pretty affordable but I still want what I paid for. They said next time, next time. Well I sure do. Hope so. next time
