Completely unprofessional and argumentative. We have been going for a year now with no issues but this last time was extremely disappointing. There is no communication with customers. If you are looking to get yelled at because their website doesn’t work and they decide to book over your appointment because you had to call in instead, this is the place for you. And if you can’t take constructive criticism( which clearly from any of the responses to the bad reviews shows you can’t) owning a business might not be for you!!

Went here as a walk in customer, didn’t have to wait at all. Mac took great care of me, did an awesome job. The shop itself is comfortable and inviting, the kinda place you feel like just hanging out. Only downside is the parking, shared with other businesses, so not alot of spots. I recommend this shop to every guy wanting to look good, ask for Mac!

I really liked Al, he does great work. I called and requested him again and was told to come in at 6:45. I got there and didn’t see Al at all but instead a guy named Alvin took me. He asked me if I had an appointment, I said “yes with Al” and he just seemed to ignore that I said “Al” instead of communicating that Al wasn’t there…. He did good work as well however he has no personality at all. I’m not saying you have to be bubbly and talk the whole time but his body language just wasn’t it.. He asked the right request questions but just seemed like he just wanted to get me out of his chair and really wanted to go home which is understandable but don’t show it so loudly towards the customer. Overall I did receive a good haircut however if a customer requests a particular barber then they should expect to get that person they requested not someone random or they should at least be told who will cut their hair. I’m not sure if there was a miscommunication or whoever was on the phone just slapped me down with someone random

I was a walk in, normally the barber said you need an appointment but I’ll make an exception for you. It took me a half a sentence to describe what I want and the barber as if he can read my mind said I know exactly what you want I got you! I was in and out within 30 minutes. No line. No wait. Hair cut was perfect and beard trim was exactly how I wanted it. Place was very impeccably clean even smelled fresh. Very organized pricing was more than reasonable! The value that you get here, you will not find anywhere else. Really appreciate the service! I will be back!!
