Ashley has transformed my view of my hair and brought back the joy in going to the salon. I have been to multiple salons over the years and the customer service was lackluster. Also I was paying for something and not getting results I wanted even with communication. Deciding to write off paying for color, I did it myself. Of course then I had overdarkened my hair with box color and lost hope when it came to fixing. Finally I decided to research and looked up color specialists in my area. Ashley came up in the search and stood out. Her expertise shone through her info along with a gorgeous aesthetic and warm energy. Meeting Ashley I found that warm energy matched and exceeding my expectations of customer care and attention. She went over and above and actually took a sample of my hair to test so we could begin our color journey at the literal root! Not only that, her passion, intelligence and talent for this business has kept me coming back and has been unmatched by anyone I‘ve ever seen in my Hair Salon experiences.
