The best eyelash extension salon I’ve been to. Nancy is so sweet and light handed. Her and the staff always make me feel comfortable. Nancy also took the time to give me tips on how to upkeep my lashes. I have oily skin and it’s the middle of the summer. My eyelashes from previous places usually all fall out within 3 weeks. I’m going back today for my 3 week fill and my classic “kitten” set still looks good. Highly recommend and their new client special is a great deal

I got a hybrid set for the first time a few days before Christmas and absolutely loved it. Nancy understood what I wanted and I could tell she does her best to make each set look perfect. I didn’t feel much discomfort at all while getting them done which was a fear of mine. I also appreciate the cleanliness of the salon and the extra steps at the end to ensure we know how to properly care for our lashes. Overall, a great relaxing experience!

Extremely disappointing experience from certain staff members to the actual service . Arrived to my scheduled appointment on time and had to wait about 15-20 mins and no one had the decency to at least apologize for the delay , however had it been the customer who was not on time , we would be charged a late fee or have the appointment cancelled . During the actual appointment, it was very disturbing to have the lash artist have personal conversations to the point where she is basically yelling in my ear while lashing me . In my experience , while getting your lashes done , the customer should be able to relax and have a pleasant appointment. The constant yelling is annoying and also having the lash artist (who is very heavy handed) constantly throw her whole body weight on me which I expressed several times that I was uncomfortable with . Furthermore, right after the appointment, a great deal of lashes were falling out once I got home and basically after calling the shop, it was determined that I could really do nothing but have them completely removed . Overall I’m just very unhappy with the service that I received .

Loooveee Sorella for my lashes and eyebrows. I go to Cat for lashes and Massiel for brows, both are AMAZING. I have also done lashes with Alyssa she is amazing as well. I tried out some of the products they have available for skin care and it’s great! Super cool and professional staff, you will always leave happy. They are patient and creative in delivering whatever it is that you need or want to try. This is the best place in the area at what they do. I have gone to many eyebrow and lash places in the past and Sorella can’t be beat.
