I pay for a monthly membership. Never answers the phone. Not once. Their hours are off on their website, have driven to there twice then it ends up being closed. Tanning really helps me & I drove speedily to make it, door still open. It’s 5:53 pm and she goes we’re closed, with her boyfriend sitting inside, I just wanted a 5 minute tan. And she told me no. This place is a joke. For the amount you pay you think you’d have better customer service & people who actually care that you work while they are open but once you are off they are closed. She couldn’t give me a 5 minute tan because god forbid she gets out 5 minutes late to shut down. After this membership is done, I’m done & will be looking elsewhere doesn’t matter the drive. Mostly rude staff, there’s two that have been nice & helpful. But the owner looks at you like you are beneath her. Really disgusted with the customer service I received while coming here. And If you’re going to close 8 minutes early then post that on the website so people who drive to get to you on time, don’t become disappointed. This place sucks.
