Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueThis place is awesome and I would tell anyone to tan here everything from the atmosphere to the employees are incredible. Kathy the owner is above incredible and deserves to be recognized as such… my daughter had an issue with an error in a credit card charge and Kathy handled it and in the end went above what was supposed to be refunded without hesitation. In this day and age honest and genuinely kind people are far and few between so having Kathy and the salon in our town is a huge bonus in my world. This place is awesome and I would tell anyone to tan here everything from the atmosphere to the employees are incredible. Kathy the owner is above incredible and deserves to be recognized as such… my daughter had an issue with an error in a credit card charge and Kathy handled it and in the end went above what was supposed to be refunded without hesitation. In this day and age honest and genuinely kind people are far and few between so having Kathy and the salon in our town is a huge bonus in my world. Thank you Kathy and staff for an incredible job!!

Critical: ProfessionalismThis salon came highly recommended, so I purchased a tanning package and a lotion. The girl at the desk was very knowledgeable and friendly going through different lotions to find one that was cost efficient but still had some of the benefits I was looking for. She explained that tanners were required by law but if I did not want to purchase, they had some they would allow their tanners to use that were kept in a sanitizing solution. I visited the salon 6 times and used their goggles every time. On my 7th visit – the older woman (who I’m guessing is the owner) would not allow me to use their goggles, so I said I would tan without them this visit and she wouldn’t allow that. So I told her I wanted a refund and would not be coming back. Her response was “over $3 goggle?!” YES!! It’s the principle that I was told I did not need to buy goggles from the start and they had some available. If I would have been told from the start that I had to buy, I would have!!! As I’m leaving ANOTHER TANNER COMES OUT AND TURNS JN GOGGLES THAT SHE BORROWED!!! Lady is completely rude and disrespectful and DOES NOT have any customer service! This salon came highly recommended, so I purchased a tanning package and a lotion. The girl at the desk was very knowledgeable and friendly going through different lotions to find one that was cost efficient but still had some of the benefits I was looking for.
