John did an amazing job with my nails today! He is new to Crosby but lots of experience in Houston and it shows in his ability. I am also new to the area and was nervous about trying somewhere new as I couldn’t really figure out the level of nail art ability each place had. I picked here because the photos seemed good so I went. They greeted me and sat me right away with him. I showed him my picture and said I just want 3D flowers with a stiletto shape. Do the flowers however you like I’m not really picky.i always feel nail techs shy away from making it this pointed and I seem to end up with almond but oh man did he deliver! My nails are absolutely better than the pic I showed him. But that’s not even the best part! He was kind and made me feel comfortable. So easy to talk to and very genuine. Even shared a few laughs. Just all around a nice person. Which is exactly what I want. I highly recommend him for your nail art stuff or just a beautiful nail shape in general!

Felt in love with my nails. Sherry is the best! She knows exactly what I want. Showed her a picture of how I wanted my nails to look like and she did waaaay beyond what expected! Very gifted and understanding! I also got the Pearl pedicure, and oh my gosh! My feet felt so soft and the heavenly smell stayed on for days!! ❤️

have been going to Coco nails for the last few years and was happy with the staff and service. It’s a convenient convenient location, and in route of most of my shopping. Like most it’s hard to find a great nail tech, however, learning of the new management and staff I went in with an optimistic attitude. Unfortunately, I was sadly disappointed. They lack friendliness. I got a full set with just polish so I can change colors for the holidays.. The tech seemed as if it was an inconvenience , that I did not choose shellac This is the worst set i have had in years. My nails are different lengths, I thought the tech was putting on a clear coat but my nails lack shine and you can feel the roughness of the glitter. I was hoping for a positive outcome being that they are new and would be eager to build their clientele. I guess not. As I was there I noticed several people walk in and straight out due to not recognizing the staff, I really wanted to give them an opportunity to earn my business., sadly they did not nor will I refer anyone!

Edit as of 5/10/18 i continued visiting this shop even after they continually lied to me saying the previous owners and staff would be back in two months. Needless to say two months later never came. The old crew never returned. I allowed the new staff to service me. When the customer base was down they treated me well. Now that there are a lot of customers again I don’t even get acknowledged upon arrival. I stuck around at CoCo’s and allowed them to mess my nails up on 3 different occasions but this is it, Disrespect is unacceptable. Take your money elsewhere.
