I moved here from AZ and needed a new barber, we found this place while eating. I booked with Marian for the full service with razor fade and it was a great experience. She was polite, funny and def knew what she was doing. She told me shampoo was part of the service and massage and I was very impressed with the service I received for the price. I’ll def be going to her for future cuts.

Customer service is great! I can honestly say I have not one time had an issue with scheduling or questions being answered. Even when they’re busy the customer service is great! My boys are faithful clients so we’ve been going to this place for about 3 yrs now. Josh is their barber and he is fantastic!

Been using them for years for my 2 sons/husband. Every time it gets worse, they stopped offering the additional services probably 2 years ago and act like it’s a pain if you even ask for a shampoo let alone the rest. This morning we had scheduled 2 appointments for 8am (scheduled the day prior) arrived a few minutes before 8am they had 2 walk ins come in at same time we did and they took them back and told us we’d have to reschedule for later in the day and take a later appointment. Asked why when we had an appt and the 2 others didn’t and we’re told we were disrespectful for asking? That the had staffing issues. I understand staffing issues but the common sense thing is take the people with appointments not walk ins We will never go back, we haven’t had a good appointment in quite some time and this was the final straw.

I paid for my son to get a haircut at the Webb City location. They totally messed his hair up and the location in Joplin agreed to fix it at no charge. For which we were very thankful. As my son was leaving the beautician OFFERED him a SECOND haircut on THEM. We were very thankful for that and felt the Joplin location went far and above to rectify our bad experience in Webb City. We called today to set that appointment up and were told that he was not entitled to the free haircut he was promised. To say we were disappointed in The Barber Shop in Joplin is an understatement. I realize it’s just a $27 hair cut but it’s the principle of the matter. Don’t offer something to a customer and then don’t come through.

Its important to be able to make an appt with my family schedule. They rarely keep the appt time and often move me back on the schedule because of a “scheduling conflict”. Don’t confirm my appt twice only for us to show up and be told we have to wait anyway. I will never be returning as my schedule and time isn’t a priority for them. Haircut

i went to the one in webb city and they messed up my hair cut i then went and got a free one to fix it at the joplin store then after they fixed it the lady that cut my hair filled out a loyalty card in front of me and when she went to hand it too me they said just to put it in the system and so i called back to schedule a free hair cut and apparently now they’re not allowed to comp a second hair cut even tho she said i would get one on my next visit v bad costumer service and definitely won’t be back
