Each Stylist has their best interest in each customer that comes into the shop. If you ever have a problem the manager and owner are right there to fix it, just talk to them. If one stylist gives you a not so good cut or bad service in any place you go, you should ALWAYS bring it to the mangers attention so that they can fix it right away…..leaving bad reviews will not just affect the person or person’s that is the problem but affects them all…..and all the girls are lovely and do well at their job!!!! THIS SHOP IS RECOMMENDED FOR GREAT PRICES AND GOOD OLD FASHION FAMILY ATMOSPHERE

Walked in with mom who is 80 years old. The girl was too busy texting on her phone to greet us for the first 45 seconds we were standing there even though she saw us. Continues to text while we were waiting to be serviced. Told her my mom needed a haircut and then she went to the back where she continue to text for another 30 seconds while we were just standing there waiting. Someone should let this young girl know that she is in a service business We walked out and went to the salon down the street where the greeting was warm, friendly and immediate.

Frankly, I’m surprised this salon is still in business and they should learn to apprieciate the fact that anyone still walks through their door. Not only did they give me the worst haircut I have ever received, but they were so incredibly rude, insulting and unwelcoming to me and my sister. They need to learn some class, customer service, and to adapt to the times. It is in your best interest to find a different salon.

If someone does not know what they are doing they should just admit it I didn’t get what I asked for in the first place, I had to wait 20 mins past my appt, and to top it all off my hair is UNEVEN !!! The worst I’ve ever had.
