Booked a cut for 3pm. Received a call half hour beforehand that the barber would not be in until later and they had zero idea when that would be. Zero regard for appointments. Wasted hours of my time. Do not book if you value your time.

Business hours aren’t reliable. One sign said 10am another said we’ll return at 11. I arrived at 9.55am and waited until 11.30 store never opened even tho Saturday hours were posted however, it is a good haircut if you manage to catch it open. Wouldn’t depend on the hours tho what a waste of time. 5 stars for a haircut but 1 star for false advertising business hours.

Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueThe African American male barber was very rude as he believes that he should not “butter” any one up. He made comments on how the U.S. should go back to segregation. And he talked about how he can deny service to people if he wanted. Not sure if he was having a bad day or if that is the service he actually provides to everyone and he stated. Of course we all have different ideas but he does not need to present them. The African American male barber was very rude as he believes that he should not “butter” any one up. I enjoyed the imbuing conversation that I had with the owner and he is extremely professional at all times through his actions, his talent, and his cleanliness. More importantly, I was flabbergasted that he not only knew how to cut ethnic hair, but also could cut hair for the typical American and did a better job than any of the leading chain barbershops–I guess I should have known with over 20 years of experience.
