I am a licensed massage therapist in Palm Coast. I have been a licensed massage therapist for 17 years. I believe that every aspect of a person: body, mind and spirit can benefit from receiving massage therapy. My mission as a Licensed Massage Therapist is to treat every individual according to their specific needs. Each session is customized to meet those needs by integrating various modalities of massage such as Swedish massage, Myofascial release, Deep Tissue, Neuromuscular therapy, essential oils, and Reiki. I’m dedicated to my personal growth and continuing education as a massage therapist and to working together with my clients to promote their education and participation in this powerful self-healing process.

I found Trigger Point Massage on a Google search. I was having a lot of neck and back pain after waking up several days ago. Rachel with Trigger Point Massage popped up on my Google search. I was able to make an appointment online but mistakenly made it for the following week. When Rachel reached out to me to confirm my appointment, I realized my mistake. I explained I was in pain and needed a Trigger Point Massage. She worked with me and got me in that day! I scheduled a 30 minute massage which I regret not doing the 60 minute massage. However, in that 30 minutes, my neck was at least 80% better!! I could move my neck with no pain! She was able to identify the problem immediately and got right to work!! I highly recommend Rachel! I will be a regular customer!
