About six hours later i accidentally dailed the number again and was able to schedule an appointment. On my appointment date I arrived 15 mins early and waited for 15 mins. While waiting i see Donna go outside on her phone. They called my name to go through the door to the waiting area and 5 mins later i was asked if I could come back because Donna was at lunch.
