I always come here to get my nails or toes done but the last 2 times has been absolutely disappointing. I went with my mom and she got a gel acrylic set she kept telling the lady that her nail was crooked and she just filed it down to the point she has no nail and wouldn’t fix the acrylic itself. I got a gel polish on my real nails it hasn’t even been more than 72 hours and my polish is already coming off. It was $35 just to get my nails painted with gel. I guess you won’t be getting our business again!

Critical: Professionalism, QualityDO NOT RECOMMENDMy gram went to this salon for a dip manicure and the dip was all over her cuticles. As her nails grew, the dip was lifted and her hair would get caught.What really is disappointing is they RIPPED her dip off using a tool to get under the dip (remember it was slightly lifted to begin with). Her nails are torn up and 2 of them are missing chunks of nail, you can see the skin.My gram has never had dip removed, so she did not know how it was done. I am in absolute shock that they did this and still made her pay 5 dollars! She said she was in tears because it hurt so bad. It wasn’t until she sent me pics and called me for me to tell her that is not how it’s done.She loves getting her nails done with me and gets so excited. My nail tech was very unprofessional. She let my nails soak so long my fingered pruned because she was doing something on her laptop. I had to explain several times that I don’t want gel, I want regular polish. They would not let me add on a paraffin dip because they only go with gel. She also hovered over me as I paid with my card, watching me type my pin in. Not that I expect her to steal my card or anything, but as a retail work, I know it is common decency to not watch the customer type their pin.

The absolute worst service ever. I got French tips for work and the white was noticeably crooked on ever nail, I politely asked the nail tech to please fix the left sides knowing how hard it is to get them perfect when doing it freehand, but she looked at me and told me next time I come I should ask for someone else because she doesn’t want to do my nails again. I was so embarrassed, I felt like 2 inches big all because I asked for the whites to be even.

Ok place. Nothing special. Very very quick gel pedicure for $45. They charged me $10 for a regular polish change on my hands and mind you my nails are as short as a five year old. They wanted $25 if I chose the gel polish change!

Critical: Professionalism, ValueI went in to get a full set with gel, i showed a picture of the way i wanted my nails. They told me they could do it no problem.Once they began to paint my nails they put the clear coat and when i asked about the designs i wanted they told me they forgot and couldn’t do anything because the clear coat was on.After me explaining i wanted at least two of my nails with designs, they then told me to sit with someone else.I showed the lady what i wanted, and she began to tell me it would take too long. a couple of my friends and I set up an appointment and we were running late so called them to let them know and they were fine with it, got us in 10 minutes after we got there. They were really short and demanding at first but did well on all our nails. The girl doing mine cut me a couple times and got a little frustrated when I wouldn’t hold my hand how she wanted but we all got talking to one of the ladies Diane, and she was the sweetest and very gentle and did amazing on my friend nails, really good at designs too! Would absolutely come back just for her!
