She was not knowlegable about colors that cancel out other colors.I requested a cool a ashy blond and ended up red.I had previously explained that my hair does not take red well. My hair turnes orange.I asked for highlights around my face and again, she did not listen. My hair was red.She told me that toner should stay on 20 minutes and took it off after about 10 minutes.The color was all over my skin and she was trying TO scrub it off. She forgot to put oil on so that the color did not get on the skin.Ask what product she usesAsk if they go to shows which train stylist in techniques that they claim to use.
