I asked for a long haircut and simply for a trim. Even when he was provided with a picture and told that he may get the picture again if he asked, he still managed to cut off more than 1 inch of hair and cut it short because “it was too long”. In the photo I provided my hair was long and curly and I clearly stated i wanted my hair to still have length. He also cut my hair on top too short so now it lifts instead of resting with more length. Overall not even close to what I asked for and not good service. Two photos are added. The longer one with the thumbs up is what I wanted, and the shorter is what I got.

Fast, Friendly and Professional Service at a GREAT price! I came in as one of 5 early weekend morning customers, and was afraid I’d be there waiting for over an hour or more. I waited just about 30 mins. The two stylists made quick work of the line ahead of me, and each customer walked away with smiles and seemed thoroughly satisfied with jobs well done. My experience was no exception. My stylist was attentive to my requests, was easy to converse with, and was sharp enough to identify cowlick areas that she trimmed with extra care. This place is conveniently located inside the Park Place shopping center right before the intersection of Park and Northwest Hwy/114. Pay them a visit if you want fast and professional work on your hair, and be sure you express your greatest thanks in the form of a generous tip!

I’ve been following her since she was at the Watauga store and moved to Saginaw, and now the Grapevine location. She’s worth it and I don’t trust ANYONE else to touch my hair, whenever I first went to “great clips” I just went with my mom but wouldn’t dare let those “great clips” people touch my hair, because I’ve had bad haircuts from there, as well as my mom in the past. My mom has an invisible illness, and so she’d get her hair washed for a decent price once a week. She said, “Kerigma was the best at washing her hair and it was lasting her awhile while the other stylist did it half-heartedly and it’d be super gross and dirty by the next day.” After talking, getting to know and watching her do other clients’ hair. My mom and I gave her the go to do our hair, and it’s the healthiest our hair has ever been. We both always get comments on it from friends, family, and strangers. The fact her clients’ other than just my mom and I, follow her to any salon or any location speaks for itself and of her work. You can even go in asking for her, specifically. Not my first time but it was the worst ever. Stylist (if you want to call her that) when asked for a roller blow dry stated she didn’t want to do it and after a shampoo when questioned as to why, she then stated she didn’t know how. I then asked for a 1/2in trim and to keep the V shape at the back I ended up with 2-3in taken off and the V shape became like a blunt shape straight across. Highly dissatisfied. Also the license at her station had no picture and the name was covered. I’m never going back and you can take your chances. But be advised that the male that got up from her chair before me did not look happy and I should have listened to my gut and waited for the other stylist

Walked in for quick cut today. I was blown away from Brittany’s professionalism as a stylist. I had to wait a little bit, but well worth it. I have been coming in off and on due to the convenience to my residence. Glad i walked in today. I look fwd to using Brittany going forward.
