My favorite thing I have ever done for myself! You have to follow her suggestions and do ALL of your treatments in order for it to work. Don’t just do 3 or 4. You must follow her guidelines and it will work. Also you must have the RIGHT kind of hair! The darker and thicker the better! Laser hair removal

So for the office itself and the staff absolutely great! Carol was very professional and kind throughout my 7-8 treatments I had preformed, but the laser treatments did not work at all. I still have to shave my face every few days the hair growth coming in is still dark and thick, my face is jus patchy now. So would I recommend, I guess not cause it didn’t work…. Sorry.

I am extremely pleased with Thairapy where I have received several laser hair removal treatments from Cheryl after purchasing a groupon. I wish I would have done this many years ago! Cheryl is wonderful. She explains everything thoroughly and makes sure all your questions are answered. She was extremely professional and I did not feel nervous or uncomfortable while she used the laser on my most delicate parts. I noticed a significant reduction in hair growth after the first treatment! The facility, while not yet complete, is clean, spacious, and welcoming. I feel like I’m in good hands with Cheryl, who has a long list of qualifications. I highly recommend her if you’re looking for laser hair removal! She does have a per-session pricing structure to make the treatments very affordable for everyone, and a variety of other services are offered here as well.

I have been coming in all year for treatments and always have a great experience. I don’t feel as though the laser hair removal treatments are painful at all and it’s made a huge difference in my quality of life to have it done. I plan on adding on more now that I’ve seen what a difference it has made. Cheryl is knowledgeable, warm, and great at what she does.

This review is long over due. Cheryl is the best! She is so accommodating and highly trained. There have been multiple times that I have had to move my appointments and it has never been an issue. Cheryl is cautious and she will not do anything that does not have your safety and best interest at hand. The facility is clean and appointments are timely. I have had laser hair removal before and the results far outweigh my past experience. Prices are incredibly reasonable with no compromise in quality! Would recommend Cheryl and thairapy to anyone looking to get hair removal services 🙂

Got permanent eye liner from Brittany who came in to see me on her day off. I felt no pain but had a hard time handling getting the work done because I was very jumpy (didn’t realize I would be nervous about my eyes like that). She went out of her way to get a different device to do the procedure for me and really took her time to make sure I was comfortable! The owner Cheryl was also very accommodating and explained the entire process for me so I understood how it all worked. Highly recommend them!

I’ve had a great experience and Cheryl has answered all my questions and concerns throughout the years, and I’m very happy with my treatment. She is experienced, honest and provides professional care. It’s extremely important to follow instructions before and after laser hair removal treatment. It has taken 10 appointments, and 2 years of treatments for me. Every person’s body is different so get educated before you decide to start.

I went there for tattoo removal using a Groupon. I bought two sessions, but Cheryl said she would only honor one. I had to return the second one. She did help me do that, though. She told me that she would give me a deal for $100 a session and could get my small, light tattoo off in 3 sessions, including the first Groupon session she honored. She said the little laser gun she had was for tattoo removal; I found out from a professional place later, that actually had a pico laser machine, that what she was trying to pass off as a tattoo removal tool is really not. After two sessions, my tattoo had not even faded a little bit. I called ahead to cancel my third session and seek out an alternative to get the tattoo removed, and Cheryl tried to talk me out of going elsewhere, and into a different procedure that I had already said no to at the first consult with her. She is pushy, and she swears she was taught to remove tattoo’s by Master Tattoo Artist So-And-So, she claims. It seemed to me that she was trying to stretch out the sessions to make the most money she could get out of a simple, small procedure. I will never again set foot in this place to get any procedure done.

I talked to owner Cheryl . Was told it would be cheaper without the groupon package for the laser hair removal. I went 3 out of 6 times. Heard customers arguing / complaining about the price of touchups, which they thought, as did I, were included. There is no guarantee after the 6 treatments, and ultimately could keep going on and on.
