I like to get weird / different things . And I asked my technician to do what she wanted & she was very concerned about doing her best and asked me to find a design. She used the design to inspire something that her and I thought of together . I was very pleased with her work and she also did a wonderful job on my feet . It was my first time at this salon . And I found out as I was leaving that it was her first day there working . I can’t remember her name but I was impressed and still am . I absolutely love my nails !!! I gave nice tip too . I was relaxed on my work break and the customer service was wonderful. They also still practice “covid safe” methods which I appreciate as well . I live in Delaware but I work in Philly and when ever I go to Philly, and I need my nails done I will be returning . Great staff , great Atmosphere, fair prices ! Thank you !

The unprofessionalism is real. Yesterday I went to get a full set with regular polish. The polish used was obviously old because when it finally fully dried, it formed these small bubbles on all of my nails. Their policy is to notify them within 24 hours of any defects, which I did today. I came into the salon to show them what the polish looked like once it set. The lady was ADAMANT that I was wrong and it was dirt… when it in fact is not. You can see the small holes in every nail. I even demonstrated how it couldn’t possibly be dirt by scraping my nail… she still told me I was wrong. She offered to be put another coat of the same horrible nail polish ON TOP of the defective nail polish that was already on my nails. If I wanted them to remove the old polish and apply new polish, it would be $20. After spending $100 on my nails and pedicure just yesterday, I really expected a better resolution.

I wish I could write no stars. I am not a bitter customer. We spent so much money at these nail salons. The nail technician reshaped my nails when I specifically said I wanted the same shape! She changed my cat nail to an oval shape. If there was a problem with her not knowing how to do a cat shape nail, she could have told me. I spend over 150 every time I go. Why not accommodate me. The manager refused to reshape them back to their standard shape unless I paid for it. We spent hundreds of dollars with these people, for they not to accommodate us. Let’s start investing in ourselves and creating our nail salons. I’m not trying to tell anyone where to get their nails done. It is just a warning on what type of place you’re dealing with. We can put their children through college, but we can be accommodated from time to time. I was tired that day from a long week is unfair for me to have to suffer from an inexperienced Nail tech

I loved it a lot Tracy is the go to lady she didn’t cut me she did my nails perfectly I never had a nail tech like her will be coming back but on pay day get ready ladies because it is pretty pricey so come on the day you can dish out a little extra for them. Because it’s gorgeous I loved the work and it’s a spacious area sweet workers 5 stars hands down and plus I was taken less than 10 mins didn’t have to wait too long 🙂

I didnt have a good experience and paid 55 dollars upfront. I got a gel and I dodnt realize it wasnt painted all the way down to the cuticle until I left. The tech also had to remove the polish after trying to apply it with dirt specs in it. The marks left on my nail are from the tool they used.

if there was an option to leave zero stars i would. I was a LOYAL customer for years who was always on time for my appointments every 2 weeks and tipped very generously but I had to move on to a place that appreciated my business and didn’t look at me with $$ in their eyes. I understand that prices have increased with everything but the prices here are just outrageous especially when the service is mediocre at best. what type of business pulls out a ruler to charge you more and blames it on the fact that they had complaints about inconsistent prices?!?. $45+ is already outrageous for a refill especially one that only lasts for a week if that.
