Idk if its because I am black and maybe she is racist. But this Woman will never see me. I been working nights at an Amazon factory and my hip has been in deep pain. Everyday I call and drive up there and she says she is busy. Even when the lot is empty and sign says open. She may be racist!

Worst massage i ever got out of thousands. When i first walked in the lady looked at me like she was pissed off that i showed up for my appointment. She couldn’t figure out how to use the credit card machine. She called what seemed to be her husband to straighten it out and they yelled at each other in front of me. We start the massage and she spends 20 minutes lightly touching and squeezing my neck while sitting down taking turns with each of her hands. She swelled frail and not strong enough to give a massage properly for me. She didn’t speak English so there was no way to communicate with her to tell her it wasn’t feeling good. I kind of wanted to walk out but i already paid. She seemed angry with me the entire massage but unfortunately she did not take her frustration out on my muscles. She seemed to go through the normal motions of a massage without hitting the muscles or being very affective at all. She stopped my massage 40 minutes in to try to convince me to get another 30 minutes and after persistently trying to persuade me i said ok and then she wanted me to get dressed to pay for another 30, which with being winter it would have taken most of that time. I then said no just finish the 20 minutes and finally got it through to her. She stops like 6 minutes early and says done and won’t finish the remaining time. I tell her i have to go to the bathroom and she tells me to tip her holding my credit card receipt. I tell her after the bath room and she raises her voice telling me to tip her. I tell her again and She gets even louder. I end up grabbing the receipt gave her a tip and left with disgust. I went to feel more relaxed and i left much more upset and frustrated.

A highly skilled massage therapist took care of my shoulder pain. She applied hard pressure that I asked for and focused on the problem area. It will be a good place to go if you like very firm pressure (good discomfort that you experience after stretching stiff muscles).
