Asked for payment plus tip before service, then proceeded to argue with me over the tip amount (I had put down 15% without even getting service yet). Very confrontational, and I struggled to enjoy the massage due to the uncomfortable start. Then she left 3 times during the massage when someone came in since there was no receptionist. She also spent most of the time talking in Chinese to the other therapist (during couples massage). Not relaxing. The massage itself was fairly good, but the head rest was more uncomfortable than usual and caused my shoulders to tighten, which was counterproductive. Also, she had no concern about repeatedly touching my genitals. Overall unprofessional, rude, and disappointing experience.

Upon walking into the establishment, we were directed to the back once back there we were told we had to pay first. So, when signing the receipt there was a line for tip and mind you this was our first time there so we weren’t comfortable giving a tip ahead of the service. So, we put 10 down with the intention to give cash if service was good. They looked at the receipt and had an issue with the amount.
