Lately the management has been awful, for the past 2 appointments I’ve gone and the doors have been locked and there’s been no one there when I’ve had appointments scheduled. I’ve spoken to the manager and there was never a resolution. When he finally followed up and I made another appointment, I’d come to locked doors and no staff with no sign stating why. Loved coming here for 4 years, but I’ve never had this kind of inconsistency in a business and the new management.

It was my 1st time doing anything like this, so I really didn’t know what to expect, other than some discomfort from the hairs being removed (obviously lol).
